We are looking for an experienced Vtiger CRM Community Edition implementor to configure our CRM based on clearly defined requirements covering: Scope of Work Sales CRM configuration Leads (email enquiry → lead capture) Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities Sales pipeline & reporting License, Maintenance & Service Contract tracking Multiple licenses per client Pricing, cost, margin & renewal workflows Expiry alerts & renewal management Technical Support setup HelpDesk configuration Product-based ticket categorization Client support portal (basic) SLA reference & reporting Document management Storage of renewal POs, principal quotations, client quotations & signed SLAs Proper linkage to Service Contracts & Accounts Role-based dashboards CEO/Admin (full visibility) Manager (module-restricted view) User-level operational dashboards Requirements Proven experience with Vtiger CRM Community Edition Strong understanding of CRM lifecycle & workflows Experience configuring Service Contracts, HelpDesk & Dashboards Able to work from provided functional specifications No heavy custom coding required (configuration-focused) Deliverables Fully configured Vtiger CRM (Community Edition) Tested workflows & dashboards Brief handover / documentation Nice to Have Experience with SaaS, maintenance renewals, or subscription-based businesses Familiarity with technical support or SLA-driven environments We will provide detailed workflows and process for each business process.
