VP of Operations - Digital Marketing Agency (President Track) Florida-based digital marketing agency (20+ years, 65+ PPC clients, 140 SEO and web design/hosting client) seeks experienced agency operator to lead operations and own P&L. This is NOT a consultant role. This is full-time operational leadership. We're looking for someone who has: • Run agency operations (not just managed accounts) • Sold and delivered B2B service retainers ($5K-$15K/month) • Personally managed Google Ads campaigns at scale • Built and managed offshore teams (India/Philippines) • Owned P&L and grown agency revenue The Situation: Our PPC Director will likely leave the company in Q2 - Q3, 2026. We need an operator who can: • Replace him if and when that should happen (expert PPC skills required) • Retain 65+ PPC client relationships (excellent communication) • Scale the business (build Premier Packages, offshore teams) • Own operations (run the business, not just execute tasks) This is a President/Operating Partner role with equity upside for the right person.
