About the position We're seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Demand Generation & Event Marketing to accelerate our market presence and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, build our brand reputation, and showcase our fraud prevention technology through compelling events and experiences. Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of our demand generation strategy across digital, content, and event marketing channels • Drive pipeline growth through innovative marketing programs targeting advertising technology decision-makers • Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact industry events, from trade shows to intimate executive roundtables • Translate complex ad fraud prevention technology into compelling value propositions that resonate with our target audience • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product releases and sales objectives • Build and manage a talented marketing team while optimizing budget allocation for maximum ROI • Establish meaningful metrics to track performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness Requirements • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in ad tech, martech, or related technology sectors • Proven track record of developing successful demand generation programs that deliver measurable business results • Experience in marketing technical solutions to both business and technical decision-makers • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly in CTV and mobile environments • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams • Data-driven approach to marketing with experience leveraging marketing automation and analytics tools • Outstanding communication skills and ability to represent the company at industry events Nice-to-haves • Experience marketing to both buy-side and sell-side players in the ad tech ecosystem • Background in producing technical webinars, workshops, or conference presentations • Understanding of programmatic advertising, app monetization, and CTV advertising landscapes Benefits • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance • Premiums 100% covered for employees and 50% covered for dependents • Unlimited PTO • 401k • Monthly internet reimbursement • Casual work environment • Opportunity for advancement • Fun annual team events • Being part of a high performing team that wants to win and have fun doing it Apply tot his job
