Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy for the organization. Oversee and manage all aspects of information security, including risk assessments, policies and procedures, incident response, and compliance. Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and make recommendations for necessary security measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely and effective manner. Lead and mentor a team of information security professionals, providing guidance and training as needed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the organization's security posture. Communicate regularly with senior leadership and other stakeholders to provide updates on the organization's security posture and recommend necessary actions. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
