Virtual School Psychologist Needed - Virginia School District (2nd Semester)
Location: Virginia (Remote) Start/End Dates: January 19, 2026 June 12, 2026 Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week About the Role: A Virginia district is seeking an experienced Virtual School Psychologist to support students across multiple school sites. This position focuses heavily on counseling services and will vary depending on the assignment. One assignment serves a middle school and an elementary school; the other is fully elementary. Responsibilities: • Provide virtual counseling services for students, predominantly on an ongoing basis. • Support assigned school sites (assignments may vary between elementary and middle school). • Participate in student support meetings and collaborate with school teams. • Document services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines. • Communicate regularly with staff and families to support student needs. Requirements: • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology. • Active Virginia School Psychologist license. • 10+ years of experience in school settings required. • Strong background in counseling services for K8 students. • Experience working remotely in school-based environments preferred. • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
