Why Trainwell Stable Compensation: $40k base + commission; By end of year 1: average trainer earns $65k/year By end of year 2: average trainer earns $71k/year By end of year 3: average trainer earns $86k/year. By end of year 3: TOP trainers earn $95-100k/year High Standards, High Support: We select fewer than 3% of applicants to join our company.
