We are currently expanding and looking for additional Online Fitness Coaches to support incoming clients. Job Overview The Online Fitness Coach is responsible for communicating with clients, reviewing their weekly progress, and providing guidance related to training, nutrition, and habit-building. This role is remote and offers flexible scheduling. This position is suitable for individuals who have strong communication skills, are organized, and enjoy working with people to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Key Responsibilities • Provide weekly check-ins and progress reviews with assigned clients • Review client metrics such as body weight, photos, training logs, and food intake • Offer basic guidance on training form, exercise selection, and program adherence • Assist clients with habit development, accountability, and staying consistent • Make plan adjustments within company guidelines and systems • Communicate through our coaching platform, messaging apps, or email • Attend team meetings or training sessions as required • Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and staff Qualifications Required: • Strong interest in fitness, training, or nutrition • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to stay organized and follow a structured coaching process • Comfortable using mobile apps and basic software tools • Positive attitude and willingness to learn company systems Preferred (not required): • Experience in personal training, online coaching, customer service, or client support • Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) • Basic knowledge of resistance training and nutrition principles This position is ideal for individuals committed to promoting health and fitness through professional training expertise.
