As a Virtual Data Records Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of digital data records for our diverse client base. This role is ideal for candidates eager to start their career in professional services, with a focus on data governance and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Review and verify data records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various digital platforms. • Assist in the identification of discrepancies, anomalies, and potential compliance issues within data sets. • Support senior audit teams by efficiently collecting, organizing, and analyzing digital data as requested. • Adhere strictly to confidentiality agreements and data security protocols to protect sensitive client information. • Document all audit findings, processes, and methodologies clearly and concisely for internal and external reporting. • Utilize and learn various auditing software and tools for efficient data examination and validation. • Collaborate effectively and virtually with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders across different locations. • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of data auditing processes and methodologies. Required Skills • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to task execution. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. • Basic understanding of data integrity principles and their importance in an auditing context. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German to facilitate effective collaboration. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a closely related field. • Familiarity with common data auditing tools or software applications. • Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR. • Previous internship, academic project, or relevant work experience involving data analysis or auditing.
