Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account inquiries and support needs. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently. • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information effectively. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. • Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions. • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. • Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Experience • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required. • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients. • Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately if required by specific account tasks. • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
