Virtual Assistant (Remote) - Recruiting Operations
We are a boutique nurse recruiting agency helping nurses transition into mission forward careers through with direct hire placement services for healthcare organizations and startups across the U.S. About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented, self-managed Virtual Assistant to support backend operations across our recruiting workflows. You’ll help us stay organized, streamline candidate management, and keep CRM systems up-to-date. This is a non-client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in admin support, research, and coordination. Key Responsibilities ✅ Maintain and update CRM records ✅ Conduct and schedule pre-screening phone calls ✅ Schedule interviews and coordinate confirmations ✅ Research and verify company/client contact details ✅ Organize candidate data, tag activity, and update status ✅ Send follow-up emails/messages as directed ✅ Research potential client leads and organize outreach lists ✅ Submit weekly task summaries What You’ll Need • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • High attention to detail and task ownership • Experience using tools like Trello, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, or HubSpot is a plus • Reliable internet connection, laptop, and a quiet place to work • Ability to manage your own time and work independently • Prior experience in recruiting, healthcare, or virtual assistant roles (preferred but not required) What You Get 100% remote and flexible Exposure to innovative nurse staffing and U.S. healthcare trends Clear scope, stable systems, and SOPs to guide you Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
