Your primary responsibilities will include: Calling leads to learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them reach their goals Presenting services that fit their needs and interests Assisting with membership accounts and providing exceptional customer service Creating engaging graphics and posting to our social media accounts Managing your time effectively and utilizing our time-keeping and project management software to track hours and tasks Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: Prior sales experience (we provide some training, but a background in sales is preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you should be able to build rapport with everyone you meet) Organizational and time management skills (you should be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively) Proficiency in creating graphics and social media content (experience with design software and social media platforms is a plus) A high-speed internet connection and a quiet space for tele-conferences What We Offer As a W2 Part-time Employee with DivaDance, you can expect: A competitive hourly rate of $15 Daytime business hours (MST Mountain Standard Arizona) M-F and possibly on weekends The opportunity to work from home remotely and utilize our time-keeping and project management software Paid training to help you get started in your role Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At DivaDance, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
