Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple financial advisors, remotely. • Manage and organize client files, records, and confidential information with utmost discretion. • Assist with scheduling client meetings, managing calendars, and sending reminders. • Prepare client-facing documents, presentations, and reports using various software. • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone, directing complex issues to advisors. • Input and update client data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Coordinate communications, including drafting emails and preparing correspondence. • Perform general office support duties as needed to ensure efficient operations.
