Virtual Assistant
I am seeking a **Virtual Executive Assistant** to work directly with me on both **personal and professional tasks**. This is a long-term role supporting me as an entrepreneur, business owner, and family man. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide variety of responsibilities — from scheduling and family-related coordination to light support for my U.S.-based accounting and advisory firm. • *Personal Support** • Manage personal calendar, appointments, and family scheduling • Research personal projects (real estate, travel, household, purchases, etc.) • Book travel, hotels, and restaurant reservations • Coordinate with household service providers and family events • Assist with online shopping, reminders, and organization of personal documents • Investment research, insurance shopping, and due date tracking for investments • *Professional Support** • Assist with email and calendar management • Maintain organized client and project records • Recap meeting notes in a typed, consistent format • Perform data entry and light bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online / Xero preferred) • Research and summarize business-related topics • Help manage tasks, reminders, and follow-ups across multiple business ventures • Document management using Google Workspace, Box.com, and similar platforms _This position will include health insurance in the Philippines._ Apply tot his job
