Veterinary Technician/Receptionist
About the position This hybrid role supports both patient care and front-desk operations to provide a smooth, compassionate experience for clients and pets. Duties include animal restraint, patient triage, lab sample collection and analysis, diagnostic imaging assistance, medication administration, surgical and anesthesia support, and nursing care of hospitalized patients. The role also includes greeting clients, answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, processing payments, communicating treatment plans, and providing empathetic support during sensitive situations. Must be comfortable in a clinical environment with exposure to odors, noise, animal waste, bites, scratches, and contagious diseases.
