Requirements Proven Sales Experience: Proven success as a sales executive in the electronic component industry, boasting a robust portfolio of customer relationships and a track record of driving growth and revenue. Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect and engage with clients, and build strong, lasting relationships. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven, thriving within an independent work environment, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Our commission structure includes: 20% Commission: For approved suppliers located outside the United States. 30% Commission: For approved suppliers located within the United States. 40% Commission: For all factory direct and franchised vendors.
