About the Role As a Tutor Center Operations Manager , you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our learning centers, ensuring that all students receive exceptional instruction and support. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of instructors, develop and implement effective educational strategies, and build strong relationships with families and the local community. Key Responsibilities Center Operations Management : Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of our math education programs. Team Leadership and Development : Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to effectively provide individualized instruction in a group setting via in-center, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method. Marketing and Sales : Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships, conducting sales by promptly responding to leads, and successfully enrolling students. Student Assessments and Progress Monitoring : Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans to ensure students achieve their academic goals. Customer Service and Relations : Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress. Center Performance Metrics : Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success. Digital Educational Materials and Processes : Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes to enhance the learning experience. Safe and Professional Learning Environment : Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment that fosters academic excellence. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Passion for Math and Education : A genuine passion for math and working with students. Interpersonal and Organizational Skills : Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities. Math Competency : Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I. Computer Skills : Proficiency in computer skills, including digital educational materials and processes. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree : Completed Bachelor's Degree, preferred in education, math, or a related field. Management or Leadership Experience : Previous management or leadership experience, preferably in education or a related field. Customer Relationships and Sales Experience : Previous customer relationships and sales experience.
