Here are your primary responsibilities: • Manage daily cash positioning and ensure proper funding of accounts. Perform cash reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. • Develop and maintain cash forecasts to support liquidity planning and decision- making. Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and forecasted cash flows. • Draft and maintain Treasury processes, procedures, and internal documentation for consistency and knowledge sharing. • Manage the Treasury group email inbox, including template approvals, wire requests and ad hoc queries. • In conjunction with the Manager, prepare, analyze and present to management the monthly and quarterly Treasury financial reports including cash, debt, bank fees, interest expense, cash flow and debt covenant reporting. • Liaise between external banks and internal business customers to address bank compliance needs and support commercial requests for banking services such as opening/closing bank accounts, KYC, legal documentation updates and letters of credit. • Generate and analyze ad hoc reports to provide insights into cash flow, funding needs, and financial performance. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management. • Deliver high service level to internal customers, ranging from HR, Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Audit. • Assist with transaction services within the banking platform (JPM Access), such as setting up wire payments, templates, populate payments, draft checks, FX trades. • Facilitate bank-related inquiries, ranging from payment confirmations to returned payments, special check handling.
