Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst supports the daily operations of the Treasury Department, with a focus on cash management, financial reporting, and compliance. This role is also responsible for assessing customer creditworthiness and establishing appropriate credit limits in alignment with company policy. The Treasury Analyst collaborates closely with the Sales and Division Management teams to facilitate timely collections and maintain strong cash flow while effectively managing credit risk. What You’ll Be Doing: Support banking operations by maintaining relationships, opening or closing accounts, and managing account signatories globally. Prepare and distribute ad hoc treasury reports. Ensure compliance with treasury policies and assist with audits by providing required documentation and explanations. Analyze financial statements, credit bureau reports, trade references, and customer payment history to assess customer creditworthiness. Propose and establish appropriate credit limits based on analysis, in alignment with corporate credit policy and risk tolerance. Monitor existing accounts for changes in credit risk and adjust credit limits as necessary to mitigate exposure. Collaborate with sales teams and division management to balance credit risk with sales objectives and support account strategies. Maintain detailed records of credit evaluations and decisions to ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements. This is an onsite position located out of Charlotte, NC Office (Southend Area) We’d love to hear from you if: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective problem-solving abilities Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment Proficiency with corporate bank portals Experience using ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 considered a plus Proficiency and demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, with capabilities beyond basic functionality Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent experience in a related field or industry) The ideal candidate will have at least 1–3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Treasury, Credit, or Collections Professional certifications such as the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation are a plus This is a progression position and level will be based on candidate experience and business needs.
