Responsibilities: Provide technical and strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholders in the area of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Ensure compliance with relevant risk management frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO, etc.). Develop and implement strategies to reduce cybersecurity risks and enhance overall security posture. Evaluate the effectiveness of current security measures and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate risk assessment workshops and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure security objectives are met. Develop and maintain security policies and procedures. Monitor new cybersecurity technologies and trends. Provide training and guidance to technical teams and personnel. Respond to security incidents and coordinate incident response. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting and/or GRC, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Security, or Cybersecurity. Experience with risk management frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
