JOB SUMMARY: This is a professional position in the Department of Revenue’s Training and Professional Development business process. This position is one of three instructional designers responsible for developing and designing enterprise-wide training. The incumbent will co-lead the design and development of instructionally sound, engaging, and accessible training courses and related materials within a team environment, develop and execute comprehensive project and communication plans, facilitate and deliver training, and develop training evaluations. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Two years’ experience writing, designing, and verbally delivering training courses for learners for delivery in classrooms, online, webinar, or other channels or platforms. • Two years’ experience managing projects related to training delivery. PREFERENCES: • Experience developing eLearning with design software such as Articulate 360 or Captivate. • Experience administering or assisting with administration of a Learning Management System. • Experience developing workplace communications. SPECIAL NOTES: • This is not a telework position.
