Trade Support - Associate
Deutsche Bank is a leading global investment bank providing financial services to its clients. The Trade Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Credit Trade Support team, handling trade booking, amendments, and break resolution while interacting with various teams across the organization. Responsibilities Perform Trade amendments/Booking on behalf of trading due to limitation in systems and applications Creation, Resolution and delivery of Front Office/Back Office (FOBO) reports highlighting daily position and End of Day (EOD) pricing breaks Daily input of commentary for control standards, monitoring of TRACE and static data maintenance in front end systems, testing system enhancements prior to release Monitor trades to ensure that trading and sales trades match on economics Responsible for investigation, commentary, and resolution on fails, Intercompany breaks, and all pending trades with-in a timely manner Work with Jax Syndicate Ops- Asset Backed Securities (ABS)/CMO deals make sure they are set up in all systems and work Static data teams to update factors for ABS/CMBS deals Skills The ability to communicate with the trading desk on daily basis to ensure proper trade bookings are accurate and trade flow is complete Strong, market /regulatory knowledge and appropriate escalation awareness Auction Process-Input Customer and House bids as per Trading/Sales Experience with systems - STS, Tradegate, Andromeda, Dbond, ICI, Bloomberg, CPTS (Cash post trade services), DTE, Autobahn, Navigator, Opal, Fed Line Taaps / Traps (91473-1) FedTrade (89595-1) Able to work in a high pressure environment due to the fact that a significant portion of the transactions are processed and settle real time, on-line with critical dead-line Strong analytical skills: ability to utilize different techniques to resolve problems Excellent technical skills: Candidate must be proficient in PC desk-top applications; i.e., Microsoft office suite Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access Excellent Interpersonal skills: Candidate must have excellent communication/oral skills and interact well with other team members; i.e., Clients, Sales, Trading, Ops, Bookrunners, Information Technology (IT) counterparts in other back/middle office ops teams, Legal, Compliance, Business managers, etc Benefits Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits Educational resources, matching gift and volunteer programs Company Overview Deutsche Bank is an investment bank that offers financial products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
