Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned TrackWise Digital Functional Lead with deep expertise in Pharma Quality Management Systems. The ideal candidate will lead requirement gathering, system configuration, and integration efforts, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive successful project delivery across all phases of the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Lead requirement gathering workshops and document user specifications and workflow designs. • Analyze business requirements, perform impact and risk assessments. • Configure TrackWise Digital end-to-end, including integration with Salesforce (SDFC). • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate system configuration. • Conduct product and process demonstrations for business stakeholders. • Integrate external systems with TrackWise Digital using functional and technical expertise. • Apply extensive knowledge of Pharma Quality processes: Deviation, Change Control, Complaints, CAPA, etc. • Prepare training materials and deliver functional and technical training sessions. • Create and review validation documents such as Functional Specifications (FS) and Configuration Specifications (CS). • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and project teams during status meetings. • Ensure compliance with SDLC processes across all project phases. Qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience in TrackWise Digital and Pharma Quality Systems. • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive team performance. • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams. • Hands-on experience with validation documentation and regulatory compliance. • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
