TM Product Analyst II or Sr. - Commercial Card (Remote)
About the position The TM Product Analyst II or Sr. - Commercial Card position involves analyzing Commercial Card data for existing and potential markets to support the development of corporate strategies for the organization. The role includes providing information and data to assist with identifying opportunities for product expansion and development, customer reporting, and the creation of financial formulas to support vendor negotiations and product administration. The analyst may also assist with sales administration functions. Responsibilities • Participates in the research and analysis of corporate, industry, economic and regulatory card industry data to provide information for developing corporate strategies for commercial payments. • Assists in the analysis of identified opportunities and generates information for formulating product strategy recommendations. • Assists the team engaged in the development and implementation of products, operations, and settlements, and provides regular written updates on projects and issues in progress. • Generates information for planning, establishing, and communicating Commercial Card product sales goals and other sales-related functions. • Assists in promotional activities including maintenance of calling lists, promotional conferences, tradeshows, expos, and other related events. • Provides information for team member education, customer support, product support, positioning products, designing demos, and developing training courses. • Performs research and analysis aimed at facilitating the development of new products and the enhancement and promotion of existing products. • Monitors the results of implemented initiatives and manages relationships with outside vendors as appropriate. • Assists with the administration of product portfolios including reporting, monitoring, and daily support. • Works proactively with Product Managers and Sales Managers to assist in developing new products and enhancing existing products. • Interacts primarily with peers in other functional areas, exchanging information or coordinating activities. • Observes all policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and risk limits specific to their role and reports known or suspected violations. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Four (4) plus years of job-related experience in commercial card and proven record of analyzing and interpreting data. • Knowledge of Commercial Card products, economic revenue, and profitability factors. • Experience in database management and understanding of SQL programming language. • Strong research and analytical financial skills with the ability to interpret data. • Ability to create formulas for financial calculations. • Ability to extract and consolidate data from multiple systems for detailed reports and synthesize data for validation. • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Nice-to-haves • Certified Treasury Professional certification. • Operational access knowledge of TS1 (TSYS Card Platform). Apply tot his job
