Job Title: TikTok Talent Scout – Live Streamer Recruiter (Remote (Remote-First) Company: JoyMedia Location: Remote (US Only) | Office Hub: 5995 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230 Job Type: Freelancer Salary: $22 - $25 an hour + $ bonus Schedule: Evening shifts, Monday to Friday (4hrs/night flexible between 6pm-2am PT) Company Overview: JoyMedia is a fast-growing TikTok LIVE entertainment agency specializing in creating viral streaming stars founded in 2016. With a workforce exceeding 3,000 employees worldwide. its main business covers various fields such as live streaming, content commercialization, e-commerce, knowledge services, artist management, and new media academy. Key Responsibilities: Live Streaming Recruitment (50% Duty) • Host daily 2–3 hour live sessions on JoyMedia's official TikTok account to: • Showcase career opportunities for aspiring streamers • Demonstrate our brand vision and success stories • Engage with potential talents via real-time Q&A Remote Scouting (50% Core Duty) • Hunt talent on Instagram/YouTube/Twitch for TikTok LIVE conversion • Recruit 20-30 high-potential live streamers monthly to join our creator growth network. • Conduct all recruitment virtually via DM/Video Call Optional In-Person Support (Bonus Opportunity) • Eligible for extra pay if assisting creator onboarding visits (<1x/month) Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting digital talent (streamers, influencers, or creators) • Familiar with TikTok LIVE features, gifting patterns, and peak streaming times • Experience hosting or managing livestreams (1hr+ on any platform) • Strong outreach skills with the ability to recruit 20–30 creators per month • Existing network of creators (especially those with 10K+ followers on TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, or Instagram) is a plus • Confident in going live on TikTok to promote the agency and engage with potential recruits • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus • Tech-ready: dual monitors, basic livestream equipment (ring light, mic, phone) • Must be available during U.S. peak streaming hours (7PM–2AM PTpreferred) • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (1099 contractor, valid Tax ID) Job Type: Contract Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Experience: • livestreaming: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: • Night Shift (Preferred) • Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
