As we continue our expansion into the United States , we are hiring our first Territory Sales Representative to build and scale our customer base from the ground up. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven hunter-profile sales professional to lead our sales efforts in Texas and expand our presence across the U.S. You will be the foundational member of our American sales team – responsible for creating new opportunities, developing relationships, and driving revenue in a largely greenfield market. Responsibilities • Act as a true hunter – proactively generate net-new opportunities, open doors in greenfield accounts, and build Conversys’ U.S. customer base from scratch. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Build, manage, and expand a pipeline of qualified prospects across multiple industries. • Conduct proactive outreach through networking, events, referrals, and outbound activity. • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer success. • Represent Conversys at industry events, conferences, and partner activities. • Provide market feedback to leadership to refine our U.S. go-to-market model. What Success Looks Like • You consistently generate net-new pipeline without waiting for inbound leads. • You establish Conversys’ first key U.S. customer relationships. • You operate with autonomy, accountability, and a builder mindset. • You help shape the early sales playbook for the U.S. market. Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • 1–2 years of sales experience in ICT, cybersecurity, or technology solutions. • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving growth. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of the U.S. market and local business culture. Preferred Qualifications • Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, or software development solutions. • Experience working in a growing company or expansion environment. • Comfort operating as both hunter and territory builder with minimal structure. • Relevant technical or sales certifications are a plus.
