Temporary Program Coordinator
CFP Board is the professional body for personal financial planners in the U.S. They are seeking a Temporary Program Coordinator to assist with the experience entry review and engagement, ensuring compliance and addressing candidate needs. Responsibilities Evaluate Experience submissions for compliance with CFP Board Experience department policies, guidelines, best practices, and requirements Identifies errors in Experience submissions and online engagements and takes immediate action with stakeholders and IT as needed Actively engages with candidates, CFP® candidates to gather needs, fulfill requests, and solve issues related to Experience submissions Assists with the initial review and processing of testing accommodation requests Performs other duties as assigned Skills Evaluate Experience submissions for compliance with CFP Board Experience department policies, guidelines, best practices, and requirements Identifies errors in Experience submissions and online engagements and takes immediate action with stakeholders and IT as needed Actively engages with candidates, CFP® candidates to gather needs, fulfill requests, and solve issues related to Experience submissions Assists with the initial review and processing of testing accommodation requests Performs other duties as assigned Bachelor's degree Minimum of 1+ years' work experience with a certifying organization, non-profit association, or project coordination preferred Minimum of intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of association management systems, NetForum preferred Strong customer service focus and ability to effectively ask questions and communicate in potentially challenging situations Excellent written and verbal communication Attention to detail and focus on accuracy Adherence to strict confidentiality policies Ability to prioritize multiple project requirements simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Company Overview CFP Board sets and enforces standards for Certified Financial Planner certification.
