Lead and manage internal audit and process risk consulting projects within the banking and wealth management industry. Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to drive process improvements and identify potential risks. Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement effective audit strategies and plans. Conduct thorough and accurate risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks. Communicate and present findings, recommendations, and observations to senior management and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs. Utilize your strong project management skills to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure audit processes are in compliance. Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal audit processes and procedures. Adhere to RSM US's policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and ethical guidelines. Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in all aspects of the job, representing RSM US in a positive and reputable manner.
