About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Dallas, USA, as a full-time Technology Analyst, working 8 hours a day. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of our business domain and the system's functionalities. Your expertise will impact our average Workday release management and file transfer processes, driving efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities Apply your knowledge and skills in analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of complex problems. Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide consultation or solutions within your subject matter expertise, staying informed about current advancements in your field. Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems, estimating effort and value for solutions. Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology platforms/structures, verifying data and carefully reviewing and checking the accuracy of your work. Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a need to keep moving and expressing ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing. Monitor program risks, issues, and scope proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation. Perform other work-related tasks as directed by your supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology. Profound knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and re-engineering, with a strong understanding of technical environments and software development methodologies. Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with various Teams and external partners. The capacity to analyze medium to large Business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution recommendations. The ability to work effectively in a strong support/team-oriented environment, navigating, creating, and documenting requirements, processes, and technical specifications. The capacity to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/tasks effectively, taking on multiple projects while maintaining a successful level of fulfillment in all responsible work. The ability to educate and tutor others on technical and business subjects, demonstrating a passion for knowledge sharing and mentorship.
