Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless customer interactions. Demonstrate expertise in client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with a preferred familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, aligning with their needs and preferences. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, embodying the blithequark spirit of providing outstanding support with a personal touch. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering value through every interaction. 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience being a plus. Open availability and a high school diploma or GED. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, ensuring optimal productivity. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues. Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry developments. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to arrive at effective resolutions. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing. High-Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
