Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless customer interactions. Develop and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with a preference for familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience and driving business growth. Deliver expert customer experiences with a customer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable. Your Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience being a plus. The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, ensuring you're available to support our customers during their peak hours. A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your foundational educational background. A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, enabling you to focus on your work without interruptions. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, allowing you to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay updated on the latest developments in the industry. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution. Excellent computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop capable of completing PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered). High-Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, ensuring reliable connectivity for work.
