Demonstrate excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy. Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing comprehensive and timely solutions. Collaborate with other teams to address complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs). Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet customer needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent like B.Sc./BCA/BA/ BCom/BBA/BSC IT. Proven experience in customer support, specifically in a chat-based environment. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
