Technical Sales Representative, Pulp and Paper

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pulp and Paper industry to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize technical knowledge of Ecolab's products and services to effectively communicate the value and benefits to potential and existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Pulp and Paper industry, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold-calling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives that align with company objectives. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase Ecolab's capabilities and solutions to customers. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals. Provide ongoing customer support and technical assistance, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and changes in customer needs to continuously improve and innovate our products and services. Represent Ecolab at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and network with potential customers.
