Supply Chain Operations Coordinator
Supply Chain Operations Coordinator Location: Remote Reports to: Supply Chain Manager Job Type: Full-time Role Summary We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team. You will work directly alongside our Demand Planner to ensure our inventory data is pristine and our logistics operations run without error. This is not just a data-entry role. We need a thinker. You will be responsible for the "last mile" of our supply chain administration ensuring that what we see in our reports matches reality and that our shipments are executed perfectly. If you are the type of person who double-checks their work naturally and spots anomalies in data before hitting "save," this role is for you. Key Responsibilities 1. Logistics & Fulfillment Execution Shipping Management: Generate and verify complex shipping labels and documentation. Accuracy here is non-negotiable. Warehouse Coordination: Act as the bridge between the supply chain team and our warehouse/3PL. Provide shipment alerts, ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) updates, and ensure instructions are received and understood. Traffic Monitoring: Track inbound and outbound inventory movements. Proactively flag delays or routing issues to the Demand Planner immediately. 2. Data Integrity & Reporting Sales Data Management: Input weekly/daily sales data into the Master Demand Planning Sheet. Data Validation (Critical): You are expected to "sanity check" the numbers. If sales data looks unusually high or low, or if inventory counts don't reconcile, you must investigate and flag it rather than blindly inputting the data. Inventory Reconciliation: Assist in monthly inventory audits to ensure our digital records match physical warehouse stock. 3. Operational Support Assist the Demand Planner with vendor communication regarding timelines and packing lists. Maintain organized digital records of all BoLs (Bills of Lading), invoices, and shipping proofs. Candidate Profile: Who You Are The "Zero-Error" Mindset: You take pride in accuracy. You understand that a wrong shipping label or a typo in a spreadsheet can cost the company thousands of dollars. Critical Thinker: You don't just follow instructions; you understand the process. You can look at a spreadsheet and realize, "That formula doesn't look right," or "We don't have enough stock for this shipment." Excel Proficient: You are comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel). You know how to sort, filter, and use basic formulas to organize data efficiently. Communicator: You are comfortable picking up the phone to clarify an instruction with a warehouse manager or asking your team questions when something is unclear. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or an administrative role requiring high attention to detail. Experience with creating shipping labels (UPS/FedEx/DHL or freight) is highly preferred. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Apply tot his job
