The Opportunity We’re on the hunt for a detail-obsessed, roll-up-your-sleeves Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to keep our supply chain running smoothly. This is the ultimate “behind-the-scenes hero” role for someone eager to grow their career in supply chain and operations. You’ll be at the center of the action - managing purchase orders, keeping data squeaky clean in the ERP, supporting logistics and order routing, and making sure our snacks get where they need to go. One day you’re creating internal product transfers, the next you’re helping troubleshoot a customer order or tracking down a claim. What You’ll Do Be the Backbone of Our Supply Chain Team • Enter and manage purchase orders in the ERP system with accuracy • Create and monitor product transfer orders to keep inventory flowing • Set up new items and maintain data integrity so everything stays organized • Prepare and distribute supply chain and logistics reports • Document processes and support continuous improvement projects • Manage claims tied to logistics or product issues • Step in as backup for routing customer orders - helping ensure on-time delivery and happy customers • Collaborate across supply chain, logistics, and customer service to troubleshoot challenges and keep things moving • Champion compliance, audit readiness, and data accuracy across the supply chain Skills & Strengths What You Bring to the Table • A natural organizer who thrives on details and juggling multiple tasks • Problem-solver who’s quick to jump in and figure things out • Clear communicator who works well across teams and with external partners • Comfortable owning your tasks but also a great teammate • Tech-savvy with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Experience & Education • 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations support (bonus points for CPG or food industry) • Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools • Basic understanding of order fulfillment, routing, and logistics processes A Few More Things We Value • You love efficiency and improving systems • You’re just as happy rolling up your sleeves for data entry as you are brainstorming better processes • You’re passionate about getting great food into people’s hands • You bring a great attitude and pitch in wherever needed Must-Haves • Legal authorization to work in the U.S • Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%) • Willingness to pitch in with whatever the team needs Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary • Annual performance bonus • Equity opportunity • Excellent medical/dental/vision benefits • 401(k) • 3 weeks paid vacation + 14 paid holidays • Paid parental leave • Paid time off to volunteer • Additional perks like wellness & tech stipends • Fun, entrepreneurial culture A Bit More About Us We’re a female-founded success story.
