About the position The Supplier Support Analyst plays a crucial role within the Procurement team, primarily focused on the onboarding and compliance of third-party suppliers. This position requires excellent time management and communication skills, as the analyst will support users of the Supplier Management Software and ensure a smooth onboarding process for suppliers. The role is ideal for motivated professionals who are eager to work with the Salesforce platform and are committed to delivering outstanding support in a customer-centric environment. Responsibilities • Perform initial supplier onboarding including the collection and review of all relevant documentation. • Review Certificates of Insurance and screen government sanctions lists (such as TIN & OFAC checks). • Facilitate the onboarding process by effectively communicating between suppliers and property/facility managers. • Monitor system support email boxes and respond to user inquiries throughout the day. • Follow up on issues and see open items through to completion. • Handle inbound calls and cases from Salesforce users with a sense of urgency. • Document every customer service interaction. • Establish and maintain knowledge of Salesforce features and functionalities to effectively address customer concerns. • Use problem-solving tactics with internal resources and colleagues to analyze requests/data and determine root causes of issues. • Communicate effectively with application users, teammates, and management to escalate issues promptly as appropriate for assistance. • Contribute to team efforts to help achieve team objectives and successes. • Participate in occasional weekend and holiday on-call rotation coverage. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or Procurement Related Certifications. • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, technology, customer support, and project management/technology. • Proven competencies in business process operations. • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills. • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Proficient to expert in Microsoft Excel. • Strong business writing skills.
