Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supplier quality initiatives and strategies Identify and assess potential suppliers based on quality, sustainability, and innovation criteria Conduct audits and quality assessments of current and potential suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and ensure timely resolution of quality issues Monitor and analyze supplier quality performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Participate in supplier selection and qualification processes, including conducting on-site supplier visits and evaluating supplier capabilities Provide training and support to suppliers on quality management systems and processes Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure clear understanding of quality requirements and expectations Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement quality improvement plans and monitor progress Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supplier development and quality management to drive continuous improvement within the supply chain. 3M is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
