The Role As a Student Worker – Fantasy Center (US) , you will be at the heart of the company’s U.S. fantasy operations. Your role will focus on ensuring player data accuracy, monitoring live developments across soccer leagues, and supporting community engagement. You’ll play a key part in keeping the in-app experience seamless, dynamic, and up to date. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who lives and breathes soccer, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow within the sports-tech industry. Key Responsibilities Play, monitor, and test the fantasy soccer app daily to keep in-app information up to date 24/7 Track and update player statuses, team news, and live developments across MLS and the Baller League US Conduct quality assurance by supervising news platforms and service providers within the fantasy ecosystem Support and moderate communication channels (e.g., Discord), engaging with users and ensuring a positive experience Act proactively to identify and correct any data or user experience inconsistencies Collaborate with the team to implement updates and improvements rapidly Think critically and challenge decisions or processes when potential risks or inaccuracies are identified Ideal Candidate Deep expertise and passion for Major League Soccer (MLS) Strong understanding of emerging soccer formats such as the Baller League and Kings League Prior experience with Kickbase or other fantasy soccer apps from a user perspective Excellent communication skills in English for both user support and internal collaboration Highly proactive, self-reliant, and attentive to detail Familiarity with international fantasy sports platforms and communities Comfortable working evenings and weekends during the soccer season Experience using modern organizational tools such as Slack, ASANA, and Gather Bonus: Knowledge of other global soccer leagues Join Our Team Be part of a collaborative, innovative environment where your passion for soccer and attention to detail can make a real impact.
