Remote Opportunity: Work from anywhere with our flexible remote work arrangement Competitive Salary: Enjoy a salary range of $4,174 - $6,023 per month Comprehensive Benefits: Access a generous benefit package, including family health and dental insurance, retirement program, and more Key Responsibilities As a Staff Deployment Coordinator, Administrative Specialist 2, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational staffing of the SRCI facility. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the scheduling, post bidding, and leave for security staff using the Institution Staff Deployment System (ISDS) Reviewing leave slips, capturing work hours, and managing overtime requests and mandates Facilitating the bidding process according to collective bargaining agreements Maintaining accurate records of staffing and hours worked Presenting staffing trends to management and making recommendations on leave requests Interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements, OFLA/FMLA, and Paid Leave Oregon regulations Navigating staffing software or HRIS to pull reports and analyze data Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis OR An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of secretarial or administrative support experience OR An equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus: Experience with scheduling for a 24-hour operation Maintaining payroll records for other staff Interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements OFLA/FMLA and Paid Leave Oregon knowledge Proficiency in staffing software or HRIS What We Offer In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Family health and dental insurance Optional short and long-term disability and term life insurance Fully paid retirement program Modest life insurance policy Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Police & Fire (P&F) benefits through Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) Work Environment and Culture As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
