About The Role: The successful candidate will build relationships with business stakeholders, create a center of excellence focused on business functionality, and develop a multi-year roadmap that delivers both legal and cross functional initiatives aligned to CrowdStrike's strategic programs. As a Staff Architect, Legal Applications and part of the IT Team, you’ll partner with legal and sales business stakeholders to define and document business process requirements based on end-to-end contract lifecycle management (CLM) experience and best practices. Responsibilities • Work closely with Sales and Legal to develop and execute a company wide CLM strategy. • Lead solution design of legal applications future state vision; identify IT CLM/Legal initiatives and development/configuration to support the application roadmap for CLM process area - this can include configuration of workflows, rationalization of templates, and the enhancement of user interfaces and data structures. • Lead critical cross-functional initiatives and projects for the CLM process area including architectural decisions, system implementations, operational improvements, and new product rollouts. • Refine IT process management framework, perform process assessments, and implement process improvements: This includes evaluating existing contract management workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending solutions to optimize processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency. • Partner with process owners to define, benchmark operational KPIs and support the delivery of KPI dashboards plus other business analytics. • Build and deliver training regarding optimal use of CLM tools for maximum adoption and system utilization: This will include ongoing top tier support and addressing system user issues. • Work with stakeholders to understand contract management needs; document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and/or user stories for system development or customization. • Manage and prioritize the product backlog on behalf of each stakeholder. • Vendor Management responsibilities - drive home partnership and service around support, ongoing initiatives, license management and business reviews measuring performance and delivery. • Become a key Point-of-Contact for system testing, UAT support, and to provide a high level of CLM subject matter expertise to better showcase system capability to end users. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Solid understanding of global CLM principles and practices at the functional level. • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. • Good knowledge of SDLC processes. • In-house SaaS industry experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional organizations. • A proven track record of owning, planning, and delivering CLM application projects, Strong business acumen. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities. • Attention to detail, strength in staying organized and thorough - with a solid desire for continuous improvement. • Project management ability to navigate through ambiguity, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice-to-haves • Prior system implementation experience in the CLM process area, Ironclad highly preferred. • Experience within a publicly traded multinational, preferably high-growth company.
