Opportunity This role focuses on leveraging and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud to organize, analyze, ingest, and model customer data for actionable insights. The position supports marketing and business analytics initiatives by enabling personalized engagement, predictive insights, and informed decision-making across B2B and B2C contexts while contributing to core Data Cloud configuration, integration, and AI-readiness activities. Responsibilities • Collect, harmonize, and ingest customer data from multiple sources into Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) including basic configuration of Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), and identity resolution rules. • Build and maintain data models and customer graphs, incorporating demographics, engagement history, product/course interests, and behavioral data using Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities. • Partner with marketing teams to provide insights that guide personalized outreach (email, SMS, campaigns). • Apply predictive analytics to determine the likelihood of conversion and optimize engagement strategies and support integration of these insights into CRM workflows. • Translate strategic goals (e.g., enrollment, sales, marketing campaigns) into actionable tasks, timelines, and deliverables. • Document data model objectives, assumptions, and analytical findings for cross-functional teams. • Collaborate with offshore or internal analytics teams to ensure data integrity and readiness for modeling and to support Data Cloud ingestion and unification processes. • Support governance, compliance, and data quality standards in line with organizational policies, including Data Cloud security and access considerations. • Assist with basic API- or Flow-based integrations needed to move Data Cloud insights into Salesforce CRM applications. • Contribute to AI-readiness activities such as enabling Einstein/Agentforce use cases and supporting data prerequisites for predictive or agentic model Qualifications • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Consumer Data Platforms, or CRM analytics including exposure to ingestion, unification, or identity resolution components. • Strong background in data modeling, predictive analytics, and customer segmentation. • Experience working with marketing teams to turn data into actionable insights and supporting integration of insights into CRM workflows. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and analysis. • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools for visualization. • Familiarity with AI/ML tools like Einstein AI or AgentForce is a plus as well as basic Apex, Flow, or API knowledge to operationalize Data Cloud outputs. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills. • Ability to translate business objectives into technical data solutions. • Effective collaboration and communication across functional and offshore teams. • Understanding of data governance, integrity, and compliance best practices including Data Cloud metadata, lineage, and access considerations. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • This job will be posted for 30 days from the posting date.
