Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking highly technical STEM students for their Spring Advanced Technology Internship program. The goal is to develop breakthrough solutions in Agentic AI, Autonomous Systems, or simulation while gaining valuable technical skills and professional business insights through mentorship and collaboration. Responsibilities Experience with programming languages, including Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, Assembly, Perl, R, or Bash Experience in object-oriented programming Experience with AI/ML, autonomous systems, or graphics immersions, such as AR or VR Experience with conducting research and writing software Ability to work independently and in teams Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Skills Experience with programming languages, including Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, Assembly, Perl, R, or Bash Experience in object-oriented programming Experience with AI/ML, autonomous systems, or graphics immersions, such as AR or VR Experience with conducting research and writing software Ability to work independently and in teams Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Winter 2028 Experience building Agentic AI systems leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) or Agent-to-Agent Protocols (A2A) in relevant frameworks, such as AWS Bedrock AgentCore Experience building Generative AI systems leveraging LLMs for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Experience building robotics and autonomous systems with the associated software stacks, including reinforcement learning, ROS, computer vision, computer networking, such as TCP/IP, or external sensor data streams Experience working with computer hardware, including GPUs, Arduinos and Raspberry Pis, or external sensors Experience building immersive applications involving AR or VR, digital twins and high-fidelity 3D graphics utilizing tools, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, or Maya Ability to be a self-starter with exceptional work ethic, drive and motivation Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits Paid leave Professional development Tuition assistance Work-life programs Dependent care Recognition awards program acknowledges employees for exceptional performance and superior demonstration of our values Company Overview Booz Allen Hamilton is a consulting firm that specializes in analytics, technology, and engineering.
