Act as a liaison between employees and HR leadership to address any issues or concerns. Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and make recommendations for streamlining. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve service delivery. Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR administrative tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Conduct research and compile data to support HR initiatives and projects. Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
