Special Projects / Continuous Improvement Manager

Lead and oversee special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operations and driving efficiency across the organization. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for various projects. Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, set objectives, and achieve project goals. Monitor and analyze project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project activities. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Provide guidance and support to team members involved in special projects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes. Communicate project updates, successes, and challenges to all levels of the organization. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
