Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital communication platforms (email, chat, etc.). Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
