This role provides an exciting opportunity to act as a technical bridge between sales and prospective customers in the cybersecurity space. You will help organizations understand and implement solutions to real-world security challenges, ensuring technical alignment with their needs while driving business value. The position emphasizes collaboration with sales, product, and R&D teams to deliver impactful demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical guidance. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical professionals to executives, while maintaining expert knowledge of security technologies and emerging threats. The environment is dynamic, customer-focused, and technology-driven, offering a blend of field engagement and strategic solution design. Accountabilities: Maintain deep technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions, competitor offerings, and industry trends. Identify and define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use-cases to align solutions with business objectives. Deliver detailed solution demonstrations, manage proofs-of-concept, and present to technical and executive audiences. Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute strategies that secure technical wins for new business and customer upsells. Act as the customer advocate with Product and R&D teams, providing feedback to influence product development and innovation. Represent the organization at conferences, partner events, and on-site meetings to showcase solutions and capabilities. Stay informed of evolving cybersecurity threats, trends, and emerging technologies. Requirements 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering, with a focus on cybersecurity. Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including cloud, hardware/software, networking, operating systems, and databases. Knowledge of information security concepts, compliance frameworks, and standards. Familiarity with Identity & Access Management and cloud security solutions (e.g., IdP, IGA, CASB). Proven experience delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. Required to be located in the Southeast, US.
