Key Responsibilities: Test Approach Development: Contribute to the preparation of a comprehensive test approach by applying QA techniques and procedures to ensure the quality of our software applications. Collaboration with Product Team: Work closely with product team members to review application requirements, data flow between systems, and data configurations, ensuring a deep understanding of the environment. Automated Testing: Design, develop, and support automated testing suites using established software tools to validate configurations of small-sized components, features, and applications. Reusable Script Development: Participate in the programming of reusable and reliable automated scripts to optimize testing efficiency. Test Case Execution: Execute primarily automated test cases for small-sized deliverables to meet internal testing service level agreements. Test Result Analysis: Review test results against expected results and troubleshoot issues as needed to ensure high-quality outcomes. Regression Test Bed Maintenance: Update and maintain an assigned regression test bed to ensure accurate and efficient testing. Defect Management: Document defects into the appropriate quality management tool and provide collaborative assistance for resolution. Post-Production Testing: Conduct post-production testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent relevant experience. Quality Assurance Testing: Prior experience with quality assurance testing languages such as Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and/or SQL. Agile Development: Agile development experience is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Programming Skills: Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts. Functional Testing: Experience with functional testing and web services. Framework Tools: Familiarity with framework tools such as JUnit or TestNG. Continuous Integration: Experience with continuous integration tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or Team City.
