Social Media Sales Analyst
About the position Moaddel Law Firm is a Los Angeles–based Immigration Law Firm committed to delivering high-quality legal services while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment. Our Sales and Marketing teams work closely to engage, qualify, and support potential clients across multiple channels. We are looking for a Social Media Sales Analyst to join our team and support our Sales department by managing and converting inbound social media inquiries. This role plays a key part in identifying qualified leads, delivering excellent customer service, and helping the firm meet performance and revenue goals. You will be joining a collaborative, fast-paced team that values accountability, growth, and results. Responsibilities • Respond to and engage with potential clients through social media direct messages • Monitor and reply to comments on posts, stories, and ads across social platforms • Qualify incoming leads and identify eligibility for the firm’s services • Collaborate with Sales Analysts and Consultants to support lead follow-ups • Re-engage qualified prospects through social media when phone contact attempts are unsuccessful • Request, review, and analyze client documentation related to their case • Apply subject matter knowledge to guide prospects and encourage conversion • Support daily social media and lead management tasks • Work with AI-enhanced workflows to improve efficiency and response quality • Follow departmental procedures and complete additional duties as assigned Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, sales, or customer-facing roles • Experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube • Strong sales mindset and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment • Bilingual proficiency required • English level C1 or C2 • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, in-office environment Benefits • $6 USD per hour base pay • Monthly performance-based incentives • 100% remote position • 40 hours per week minimum • Schedule availability within the following timeframes – Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST – Weekends: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST • Structured training and onboarding • Performance-driven environment with clear expectations • Opportunities for growth within the Sales and Marketing teams Apply tot his job
