Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging digital marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating compelling content, and enhancing brand visibility through innovative campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management tools, analytics, and digital marketing trends to drive audience engagement and support overall business objectives. Duties • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals. • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer. • Monitor social listening channels to gauge public sentiment and gather insights for campaign optimization. • Design visually appealing graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software. • Manage paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement. • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability. • Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance. • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and manage online relationships to foster community growth. • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions. • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing. • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations. Skills • Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer. • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and web analytics including Google Analytics. • Experience with social listening tools and social media marketing best practices. • Ability to create compelling visual content including photography and video editing. • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and digital advertising campaigns. • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. • Strong relationship management skills for engaging online communities effectively. • Understanding of branding principles and public relations strategies. • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize content performance across platforms.
