We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to manage our digital presence, engage with our community, and help grow our brand across multiple platforms. Role Overview The Social Media Coordinator will oversee our social media platforms, influencer partnerships, and community engagement while driving both brand awareness and sales through social channels. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts creative storyteller, detail-oriented content editor, and results-driven marketer. You’ll play a key role in expanding our digital footprint, managing influencer collaborations, and ensuring our social media not only looks beautiful but converts. Key Responsibilities • Manage and schedule content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.). • Edit and produce engaging content including Reels, Stories, static posts, and short-form videos. • Assist with YouTube content editing and repurposing content for different platforms. • Create simple graphics for social posts, promotions, and brand storytelling. • Develop and manage influencer outreach and collaborations to expand brand reach. • Actively engage with followers and community (comments, DMs, tags, reposts). • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, orders captured via social media). • Apply SEO best practices to captions, hashtags, video titles, and descriptions to maximize visibility and discoverability. • Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and brand storytelling. • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce. • Strong skills in short-form video editing (Instagram Reels, TikTok) and experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar. • Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar). • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and community responses. • Familiarity with influencer marketing, outreach, and partnership management. • Knowledge of SEO best practices for social content and YouTube. • Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to make data-driven decisions. • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have • Experience with YouTube content creation and editing. • Knowledge of paid social campaigns or boosting strategies. Please know this is a commission based opportunity.
