Position Overview We are looking for a highly creative and self-driven Social Media Content Creator & Videographer to help bring our story and the stories of our clients to life through compelling video content. This role is ideal for someone who loves being behind the camera, has a sharp eye for storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll capture daily moments, edit high-quality short-form videos, and help shape how Portillo Sales & Marketing and our clients show up online. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and sales teams to create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, producing 2-3 videos per day that highlight our people, partners, products, and culture. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Video Production • Film daily content at our offices, client sites, and industry events • Produce 2-3 high-quality short-form videos per day (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc) • Edit footage quickly and creatively to align with brand tone and platform best practices • Capture b-roll, behind-the-scenes footage, and lifestyle moments for future use • Work with leadership to plan storylines, themes, and shoot schedules Social Media Strategy & Execution • Collaborate with marketing to align content with company goals and campaigns • Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and sounds • Organize and maintain a content library of raw and edited footage • Support daily posting and engagement management on social channels Brand Storytelling • Tell authentic stories about our team, our clients, and the foodservice industry • Create content that feels personal, engaging, and true to the Portillo brand • Highlight events, food shows, podcast clips, and team culture moments Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in videography, social media content creation, or a related field • Proven ability to film, edit, and deliver high-quality videos daily • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content performance • Excellent visual storytelling, composition, and editing skills • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills • Comfortable filming in different environments (offices, restaurants, trade shows) Bonus points for experience in: • Foodservice, retail, or CPG content creation • Shooting and editing for LinkedIn and B2B audiences • Managing multiple brand voices or clients What We Offer • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus • Health, dental, and life insurance • Direct collaboration with company leadership • Creative freedom and visibility across all platforms • Fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture that values initiative and creativity • Growth opportunities as we expand nationally Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,408.00 - $71,815.00 per year Work Location: In person Apply tot his job
